In our week-long mood-tracking experiment, we systematically documented our emotional states at four intervals daily, irrespective of music exposure. Analysing this data, we unveiled a compelling visual representation, revealing the intricate connection between our emotional patterns and music preferences. This project offers profound insights into how music influences our emotions, paving the way for a deeper understanding of this complex relationship and its potential implications.
